Create a repeating table footer.

page (optional)

This command is only valid for the given pages. The default is to place the foot on all pages.

• all: Place the footer on all pages.
• last: Display the table footer only on the last page.

CSS

In CSS selectors, this command is called tablefoot. Attributes marked “CSS property” can also be set with CSS; the attribute on the command takes precedence unless the CSS declaration is marked !important. The section CSS for layout commands describes further properties, precedence and inheritance.
