CSS
In CSS selectors, this command is called textblock. Attributes marked “CSS property” can also be set with CSS; the attribute on the command takes precedence unless the CSS declaration is marked !important. The section CSS for layout commands describes further properties, precedence and inheritance.
Remarks
The textformat change the appearance of the paragraphs. They have to be previously defined by DefineTextformat.
Be careful when using multi column typesetting. This will only work with simple text, not with lists or so.
Example
<Record element="data">
<PlaceObject>
<Textblock width="10" angle="-20">
<Paragraph>
<B><Value>Bold slanted text</Value></B>
</Paragraph>
</Textblock>
</PlaceObject>
</Record>
